VGAGE provides customized solutions for shaft, gear or camshaft, crankshaft parts. After clamping, the diameter, length, runout, gear pitch circle runout, gear span distance and other dimensions of the axis can be measured once using sensors located at various positions, with a cycle time as low as 30 seconds.

The equipment adopts internationally leading inductive sensors with a resolution of 0.01um and a measurement accuracy of 1.2um. At the same time, VGAGE can provide calibration services for these precision parts to further improve the accuracy of the entire measurement process. This instrument is suitable for use in the workshop environment and can be equipped with a temperature compensation system for the measuring instrument.
