It can perform profile scanning of the inner spherical surface and simultaneously measure the true position and other key characteristics of the ball. The sensor and signal processing modules are of the world's top brands, with a resolution of 0.0001mm and an overall measurement accuracy of <=0.005mm. The product has a compact and streamlined structure, making it suitable for on-site use in production lines.

The electronic gauge can perform automatic tool compensation and cloud-based data analysis, generating CPK and MSA data quickly. The routine timing for each piece is 30-45 seconds, which may vary slightly depending on the product's inspection characteristics.
