The 3D structured light vision inspection lens is equipped with more than 20 GPU processing chips, which efficiently detects the position and diameter of the connecting holes on the axles body, and can be compatible with various types of vehicle axles  to achieve flexible &automated monitoring.

The sensor and signal processing module are both world-class brands, with a resolution of 0.001mm and a position measurement accuracy of up to 20um and aperture accuracy of up to 10um.

The gage unit and the machine processing line communicate in real-time through Profibus, achieving online automatic tool compensation and cooperating with robots to achieve 24/7 uninterrupted automatic detection function. The detection cycle is 100-200s per piece, slightly varying depending on the product's detection characteristics.
