VE-71 Digital Gage Display |

 VGAGE has introduced a new digital display for precision gaging applications...the VE-71. Featuring a low profile and rugged aluminum enclosure for tough work environments, the VE-71 is an easy to use, programmable display with a high degree of precision for a multitude of applications, including on-the machine or bench-type tool presetting, in-process workpiece inspections, and final inspections of linear, diametrical, and positional dimensions. The VE-71 is a signal conducting system for Linear Variable Displacement Transducers (LVDT) and, with a high and low range, can be used with a variety of half bridge transducers and probes. A single probe can be used to provide relative deviations from a set point, such as total indicator reading (T.I.R.), or dual probes inputs are allowed for differential measuring to upper and lower limits. The system provides for elementary addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisional calculations, and separates these functions for each input device. The unit is mirco-processor controlled and programmable, allowingfor software upgrades, and can be linked to machine tool controllers for real time data tracking and feedback that will automatically adjust for tool compensations and offsets based on measured results. The VE-71 digital display has a readout resolution of 1 micron (0.0001mm) that’s switchable to inch equivalent of 0.000005 inches, and has a measuring range of 2mm (0.078 inches). The new display also features linearity at 0.5% of full scale, repeatability at 0.1% of full scale and stability at 0.1% of full scale/12 hours at constant temperature. |

 The VE-808 is a versatile heavy duty bench gage computer that brings precise gage monitoring, archiving, analysis, and control capabilities to any manufacturing environment when matched with our custom and standard gages. Gage measurements are displayed in real time on a high resolution color LCD graphics screen that shows a digital picture, bitmap, or CAD representation of the part being inspected.
